JAD Benefit Solutions (JAD) is a new full service Third Party Administrator (TPA), located in Bend, Oregon, formed to provide our customers with the best employee benefits administration possible. We have accumulated our experiences gained in the health benefits administration arena, combined with selectively chosen world-class service partners, to offer our clients a very high value for each of their administrative dollars.

Besides the usual medical, dental, prescription and vision claims adjudication with full customer service on behalf of our customers, we can also provide additional services as need. These may consist of short-term disability administration, flexible spending account administration, both DCAP and health, COBRA administration, ERISA / HIPAA compliance, stop-loss coverage and coordination, medical management and cost containment, standard, custom and annual reporting, PPO/PBM management, HCRA surcharge taxation, and 1099 production.

Every TPA is only as good as their claims adjudication system allows them to be. JAD has partnered with Eldorado Computing, Inc. (ECI) in Phoenix, Arizona to utilize their state of the art HEALTHpac 4.0 claims adjudication system. The HEALTHpac 4.0 system is fully HIPAA compliant, utilizing ECI's X12 HIPAA translator, which allows all standard transactions to fully integrate into the HEALTHpac 4.0 system. On the back end, the JAD team has elected to continue their previous relationship with Advanced Business Fulfillment, Inc. (ABF) (www.abfhealth.com) for check and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) production. ABF is the largest healthcare fulfillment company in the United States, utilizing highly automated, computer controlled printing systems that are highly accurate and completely secure. Standardization of materials, such as envelopes and check stock, combined with high volume mailing and bulk packaging to common providers create savings, which are, in turn, passed back to JADS clients. ABF is fully integrated into the HEALTHpac 4.0 system.
